
HP has today also presented the Elite 7000, a new desktop PC which is claimed to deliver value and increased productivity for businesses of all sizes. Enclosed in a glossy black case measuring 185 x 416 x 385 mm, the machine equipped with an Intel Core i5 750/i7 860/i7 870 processor, a P55 motherboard, up to 8GB of DDR3 memory, an Nvidia GeForce G210 512MB, Radeon HD 4550 512MB or Radeon HD 4650 1GB graphics card and a up to 1TB of storage space via one HDD (a 64GB SSD option will also be available).
The Elite 7000 can boast a DVD or Blu-Ray writer, packs a 22-in-1 card reader and will be offered with Windows 7, Windows XP, WinDows Vista Business, FreeDOS or Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11.
According to HP, the business desktop will go on sale on October 22nd and start at $789.
