Greetings all,

Feel free to post questions about Internet Explorer or the next version of Internet Explorer (Version 7). We will pick the best questions, which would be included in the interview with David Massy smile.gif

I got some questions rolleyes.gif ... Just 8 for now blink.gif :

1. Was IE7s development stepped-up due to the succes of Firefox ?
2. When will IE7 be released and for what OS ?
3. What will the system requirements be ?
4. Will there be two versions of IE7 - one for 32bit and one for 64bit ?
5. What feature do you consider to be the biggest improvement ?
6. Was security the main focus in the development or did you focus more on adding new features ?
7. Will users be able to customise IE7 by creating & installing various plug-ins ?
8. Can you give a brief argument as to why should users choose IE7 instead of the browsers developed by Opera Software and Mozilla Corporation ?

10x Jose, I can't wait to see the interview biggrin.gif

Peace & Respekt !

Hey Chris!

No problem for the 8 questions biggrin.gif I can answer one of them:

Jose, IE7 will be released for XP but only on SP2

users of SP1 or lower will not be able to use it

my question

will IE7 be fixing alot of the CSS Alignment issues that people have
i have seen several sites that look fine in Firefox, but the alignment is off on some parts in IE
jose
Thanks Squall wink.gif I was mistaken there.

hehehe, how can you interview IE7:)

all right. questions that I want to ask:
1-can ie be more customizable as mozilla or other browsers?
Jake Harris
Do you think that IE7 is better than Firefox or Maxthon? The only feature that it seems to have that Firefox/Maxthon Don't is the ability to view thumbnails of all of your opened pages. IS the the only improvement?
squall_leonhart69r
Honestly, i've just downloaded Firefox, and i've found it has its uses, so i use it along side IE6.2

but both of those combined make up a better browsing experience then IE7. its just not user friendly
