I need help, and fast, lol. I just fitted a new motherboard (Giga-byte GA-K8N-SLI) with an AMD Athlon 64x2 2.2ghz processor. When I tried booting to XP I get "STOP 0x000007B." I cannot boot into safemode or last known good configuration. The Microsoft website tells me to use my XP CD and choose install and repair. But when I boot to my XP CD it just tells me that it cannot read from the selected partition, press enter to return to the previous screen.... etc etc. Is there a way to solve my problem using the repair console? (I think the problem is chipset related, my old board used a VIA chipset and this one uses an Nvidia.)

Thanks
