It seems that no matter what I try, this is a problem. I need to make high contrast themes for visually impaired people - many of whom can't handle the glare of a white (or light) background for very long, but when you use a dark background and light text there is always some text that stays black and is unreadable.

The problem is worse in XP styles than with classic styles since there are always some backgrounds that stay white (which sucks with white text, of course).

Does anyone know of tools I can use to handle this dilemma?
