When will it end you ask? Probably when Microsoft stops supporting Windows XP, but that's pretty far off so let's concentrate on what will the Redmon-based company fix this time.
On October 11th MS will release 6 of the updates for Windows, with the highest severity being "critical", 4 patches for the Office suite, plus a fix for the .NET Framework.
It's good to know that MS has patched the extremely critical Windows Shell Code execution vulnerability that could allow the execution of arbitrary code but even with this months' patching material there would still remain probably 23 vulnerabilities. Now, when is Vista coming out?
