Hi everyone , im just really curious.. just recently a friend has tried to install a game and has windows vista home premium and was told that possible emulation software was causing the problem of not being able to launch the game. also she has noted that she has noted that vista has some options to burn even though she hasnt got any emulation software installed.

she is new to vista, so if any of you can shed some light on this , it would be much appreciated. so basically does it have some sort of software included in it already and if so how do we disable it?

Vista doesn't have any emulation software build in. But using programs like Alcohol 120% or deamon tools can cause that message to popup. It sometimes also appears because some program are just giving out the wrong signals and the game is picking them up as emulation software.

Make sure you have the latest patch or version of the game, that can sometimes solve your problem.
