Miranda IM is a free multi protocol instant messenger client for Windows designed to be resource efficient and customisable. It uses very little memory, requires no installation and runs fast even on very old computers.

Its powerful plugin system makes Miranda IM extremely flexible. Only the most basic features are built in, but there are currently almost 200 free plugins available for download that allows users to extend the functionality in Miranda IM.

Protocol support:

hmmm... thanks for the heads up! I'm getting upset with Trillian's file transfer system, and I'll give this one a try

It a great software actually and I don't have any issue yet, Some people might having some problem with it.

I think Trillian is better at apperance as I can see in snapshot

I tried an earlier version of it but didn't like it because I couldn't go inviso on everything. I currently use gaim which I like but it does have some problems but all in all works well.
